We test print every new design and send a video to you for proofing before full production so you can be confident in your product!
Step 1
1. Send Order & Designs
Make an order request and send over your designs at print@100cprintlab.com
Step 2
2. Invoice & Payment
We will send an invoice. Once payment is received, we will start.
Step 3
3. File Setup & Cutline Proof
Send you cutline proofs for your designs for your approval.
Step 4
4. Test Print & Video Sample
We will test print your new design and send you a video recording of the sample for approval.
Step 5
5. Full Production
Once test print is approved, we start full production of your sticker.
Step 6
6. Pack & Ship!
Once printing is completed, we pack and ship out your order!
  • Using add to cart system will build out sticker info for you ready to be emailed by copy and paste.

  • File Types: PSD, AI, CLIP, PNG
  • Files and Layers should be labeled ART / EMBOSS / HOLO or NOT HOLO / BLEED / CUT
  • At least 300 dpi
  • All layers should have transparency on areas of no print.
  • Make sure no stray pixels around artwork transparent areas.

  • Filename: Filename
  • Art Layer: Your artwork / design
  • Emboss Layer: Indicate areas you WANT Emboss using 100% Black. Be precise.
  • Holographic Layer: Indicate areas you WANT or DO NOT WANT Holographic using 100% Black. Be precise.
  • Bleed Layer (optional): We can set up for you if needed.
  • Cut Layer (optional): Line / Silhouette filled in area to be cut. No holes in the sticker. We can set up for you if needed.
  • Produced using Eco-Friendly UV Print Technology
  • Water, UV, and Weather Resistant
  • All finishes make use of specialty clear varnish instead of laminate.

  • Every new design is test printed and video proofed before full production so you can have confidence in your product!
  • Stickers are die-cut by default. Kiss-cut will be an extra $0.10 per sticker.
  • $5 add-on if needed for each additional test print for modifications unless my equipment's inability / mistake.
  • Additional charges may be applied to extreme complex / thin flimsy cuts.
